Our Story

Notoko started right in our family kitchen — not in a factory, not in a test lab. It was a sauce we mixed up at home, just for ourselves, to bring a little extra flavor to the meals we shared around the table. Over time, it became the go-to sauce for everything: marinating chicken, brushing on grilled steak, drizzling over poke bowls, or simply dipping shrimp and dumplings on a weeknight.

Our family loved it so much, we always kept a jar ready in the fridge. Friends who came over would ask, “What is this sauce? Can I take some home?” That’s when we realized: this wasn’t just a family favorite — it was something we wanted to share.

Today, Notoko is still made with that same homemade spirit: small batches, real ingredients, and a whole lot of care. We’re proud to bring you a sauce crafted for real kitchens, real families, and real meals — the kind that bring people together and keep them coming back for one more bite.
