SHIPPING

We understand that getting your sauce fresh and on time matters. That’s why we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure quick, secure, and efficient delivery of every Notoko order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.95 for all orders, anywhere in the United States.

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once you place your order with Notoko, you’ll receive an order confirmation email for your records. When your order has been fulfilled, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery’s journey.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to fulfill all orders within 3–5 business days of receiving them. Our fulfillment days are Monday through Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, but transit times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGE

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. Email us at contact@notokosauce.com, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our sauce and to ensure the highest standards of food safety, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases. We appreciate your understanding and your trust in our quality.
